The same person, every time
You get one cleaner who learns your home — where things go, which floor cannot take water, that the cat gets out if the back door is left open. That is worth more than any checklist, and it is the first thing that disappears when a company grows by sending whoever is free.
If something is damaged, we will tell you rather than hope you do not notice.
The price is the price
$60 an hour, minimum 2 hours, and the estimate is on screen before you book. We charge for the time it takes, never less than the hours you book, so the estimate is exactly that: a place that needs more work takes longer and costs more, and we tell you before we go over.
There is no upsell on the day and no “that will be extra” once somebody is already in your kitchen. Anything that costs more is an add-on you chose at checkout, with its price next to it.
What we will not do
Move heavy furniture, work above a two-step ladder, or handle anything biohazardous. Our cleaner can decline any task they judge unsafe, and we back them when they do — that is a working condition, not a loophole.
We also will not promise that every stain comes out. Some of them were permanent before we arrived, and saying so upfront is cheaper for everyone than an argument afterwards.
If it goes wrong
Tell us within 48 hours and we will re-clean the affected part or refund it. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and there is nothing to pay — nothing is taken in advance.
Reviews on this site are moderated, which means a person reads them — not that critical ones are removed. We publish the ones that are hard to read too, because a page of nothing but five stars tells a prospective customer nothing at all.
