- Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
- No. We bring all the cleaning products. If you would like us to bring a vacuum cleaner as well, add it as an extra when you book.
- How long will my cleaning take?
- A standard cleaning of a one-bedroom typically takes 2–3 hours; a deep cleaning of the same space takes 4–5. You pick the duration when booking and we tell you if we think it needs longer.
- What is the minimum booking?
- Two hours. The current hourly rate is on the pricing page, and the estimate is shown before you book.
- Is dish washing included?
- Yes — dishes are included in every service we offer, at no extra cost.
- Do I have to be home?
- Not at all. Many customers leave access instructions when booking. We will message you when your cleaner is on the way and again when they arrive.
- How does payment work?
- Nothing is paid when you book. After the cleaning you pay by Zelle — to your cleaner on the spot, or from a payment request we email you. You are charged for at least the hours you booked, and for more if the job took longer.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Cancel free up to 24 hours before your booking. Nothing is paid in advance, so there is nothing to refund.
